LOCATION
The atlantic surf lodge is situated in the cozy village of Vieux Boucau, directly on the
Atlantic coastline. Its location is just perfect – while it is surrounded by a couple of
pumping beach-breaks you can also use it as a base to get to the more secret spots in
the north or the world-famous breaks around Hossegor within a 10-minute drive.
The town center is close-by and has many surf shops, cafés, bars, restaurants,
supermarkets and boutiques to offer. You will also find ATMs, cinema, local post office,
bank and pharmacy there.
ACCOMMODATION
Owing to its quiet location, the Atlantic Surf Lodge is the ideal spot to take a rest and
relax. You can choose between bright and spacious 2/3/4/5-bed rooms. We can
accommodate 20 guests altogether. Enjoy our large and sunny courtyard and meet
the others or relax in our wonderful garden. Check out our homely living room with
its chimney, the spacious TV Lounge, two sun terraces and barbecue area. Wireless
LAN and beach bikes will be at your disposal at all times.
FULL BOARD
Daily breakfast buffet with fresh baguette, coffee, tea, eggs, cheese, ham, salami, jam,
honey, nutella, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit and vegetables. Pack your own lunch
during breakfast. In the evening we will serve you different warm meals including salad
and dessert. We will also have a barbecue once every week. Naturally, full board
is also available for vegetariens.
LEISURE
Entertain yourself in between surf sessions and play outdoor ping pong, foosball,
beach tennis, frisbee or badminton. You should also have a go on one of our Indo Boards
or try out the slackline. In the evening you can chill out and watch one of our surf
movies, play a board game or read a book or magazine. Various bicycle routes, walking
tracks, golf courses, skateboard ramp, minigolf and sports grounds for playing
basketball, tennis or volleyball are close-by.
A daily market is held in the town centre where you will find regional gastronomic
specialities, jewelry, clothing and handicraft. During peak season, weekly bullfights,
Pelote tournaments and open-air concerts are held in the arena.
Moreover, outlet shops of many big surf, skate and snowboard brands are at about
10 minutes from Vieux Boucau.
